MY family and my friend want to come with me this summer.

They both can 2 separate weeks... and let's say I wanna spend time with both.

Would it be possible for me to stay 2 weeks in the same room with my friend one week, and the following week my parents would take her place?

Or would it be easier for me to switch room?

You'd have to have separate reservations because you would have three adults in the room for the second week. That would mean an extra adult fee per each night they stay.

We don't have any probs with paying extra

I was wondering if we could keep the same room

You can have 1 room the entire time and switch occupants. The trouble is avoiding paying for 2 extra adults per night (because there would be 4 adults on your ressie) for all the nights... If you don't mind that, no problem.

If your parents don't need Magical Express, its also not a problem, as you can add them to your room when they arrive (and start paying the extra per night then).

Maybe you can get around it by calling for a Magical Express Reservation for your parents the day before they arrive (or whatever the deadline to make a ressie is) and letting the front desk know your parents will be joining you? I'm not sure but maybe that is do-able... When you make your ressie, make it for 2 adults and ask how you should handle it if your parents decide to come for the 2nd week..you can always add them later.

I know I paid for an extra adult in the room for our last trip, and my sister didn't come at the last minute, so when I checked in I explained, said I didn't need a resort card for her and would like the extra $15 per night (moderate) back . This was done with only a small delay (the CM had to get someone else in the back to credit our account).

Good LucK!

mmmm....

Maybe I would go 2 separate weeks....

It might be easier ;)

Make 2 reservations. One with your friend and one with your parents. You will get 2 confirmation numbers and 2 sets of documents. When you make the reservations ask CRO to link the 2 reservations. Then when you check in let them know you have a second reservation for the next week and that if possible you would like to keep the same room. They will do it if they can. I have never had to change rooms when I had 2 reservations because of 2 different rate codes. Only thing you will have to do is go to the front desk on the day the 2nd reservation kicks in and check out and back in. They will then print you new room keys for all on the 2nd weeks reservation.

Good luck and have a great trip!
