Switching ressies BW to WL

We currently have a 2 BR reservation for BWV for beginning of Dec. We are thinking of switching it to WL. Does any see us having a problem getting a 2 BR at Wilderness Lodge 7 months out?

VWL fills up fast in December. I think a lot of DVC'ers like to stay at VWL for the holiday decorations and with all of the new members at SSR, that seven month window could close very quickly. You may be lucky though so it won't hurt to try. The worst that could happen is you have to keep your reservation at BWV and that ain't too shabby! Good luck!

I am interested in opinions about the seven month window at VWL as well. Post Christmas to NYE. How likely?
