Switching resorts

Just added an extra night to our August vaca and our original stay could not accommodate us. Was staying at POR but they are full for our last night. Switched to POFQ for entire stay. Never stayed at either but had my heart set on the mansion section. Will I be disappointed?

I've only stayed at the Aligator Bayou section, and enjoyed it. I've heard good things about POFQ. There must be a reason why their rates are higher than POR. Maybe it's because FQ is smaller. I think you should enjoy it, and since it's right next door, I hear it's an easy walk over to POR for Boatwright's, etc.

POR has August discounts, at POFQ you will be paying rack rate. We've stayed at both, and I like POFQ. There are things about each that I like. It's smaller then POR, guess that's why they don't discount the rooms . No location is a far walk from bus stop, pool, or main building at POFQ.
But I do like POR better because I enjoy the option of a quiet pool in August, and also think the food court is better.
I also like getting room discounts
