For our trip in July we will be switching from a studio at BCV to a one bedroom at WLV. I know that you just pack everything up and they'll move it for you but I have two concerns. Do they really keep all the refridgerator stuff cold (we'll pack it into a small cooler)? Second, are you ever allowed to get into the second room early? We normally take a mid day break (think we'll be a Epcot that day) but we will not have a room to go back to. Any suggestions? Thanks

Each resort has a place for cold storage. Bell Services will assist you there.

I would suggest going to VWL the day before your move and let the front desk staff know you'd appreciate any consideration with an early checkin (of course it always helps to do this with a huge smile on your face :D ).

After leaving BCV, I'd go right over to VWL and check in- again letting them know how much you'd appreciate a room as soon as possible (don't for get the :D ). This may not get you into the room earlier, but it will get you smiling a lot...and that can quite contagious!

If you have special requests or if the resort is particularly full- with no one checking out until 11:00am, you may not get much help. I've done this several times with success and few times without. It sure can't hurt to ask!

Good Luck!
