Switching resorts if better deal

How many people have done this and if so, did you book directly with Disney?

We have switched many times to save $$. We always book directly through Disney.

Same here. I've been able to try resorts that were otherwise too expensive that way! I also book directly with Disney.

Thanks. We are just debating on renting points or booking and seeing if a better deal pops up. We plan to go in June and I've seen deals the last two years pop up for that time frame.

We always book directly with Disney. We have never switched resorts for a better deal as the resort we wanted has always been offered under whatever promo was available for our dates, but we would considering switching if there was a better discount at a different resort, depending on which resort it was.

We book with Disney and have switched when a better deal came up at a different resort.

We prefer pop but free QSDP saved us almost 1500.00. So yes I would switch if need be. Lucky for us we have never had the issue.
