Hi All,

I have seen a few threads where people said they cooked on the ship to get the 10% discount and $200 credit, then switched the reservation to DU. How does this work? What are the bennies? Do you still get the discount and room credit?

Thanks!
Renee

Yep and yep...Just send them your reservation confirmation number, they'll contact DCL and set it up. You can't cook on the ship any more, however.....:hyper:

The benefit for us was a $100 discount, that price will vary depending on the final price of your cruise, look at their web site. We also go a gift in the cabin when we booked with them last time, which was very nice...

Just my two cents....

We are transferring our August 2005 ressie to AAA. They have offered us a $100 onboard credit (through them, not DCL), AND
a soda mug/card for EACH guest in our party. That is on the 14-day sailing. I'm not sure what they'll be charging on the 14-day cruise since the 7-day cruise price is $35. I'm assuming $50 or double for $70.

So that right there saves us more than $50/pp!! Plus you get an inroom gift (not sure what that is -- last time it was a beautifully framed picture of the ship with the ship pins strategically placed on the diagram).
