Switching parks for a meal?

I managed to grab 2 out of the 3 meals that we wanted (Akershus and Ohana), but they didn't end up being on the days that I had planned to be in Epcot or MK. I have not yet booked any Fast Passes so my park days are not set in stone, however for example right now I'd be at Hollywood Studios on a day that the crowd is estimated to be a 7 but a few days later it's at a 3 but it's my Akershus reservation day.

So would you go to HS on a crowded day and then do Epcot on the Akershus day, or would you do HS on the less crowded day and hop to Epcot just for lunch? I do have park hopper passes.

I would hop if crowds concern you. You can walk to Epcot from HS in about 20 minutes, enter through back gate by the Beach Club and be right in World Showcase for Askherus. It will also burn off any extra calories (or at least that is what I tell myself )
