Switching hotels halfway through stay?

Hi all! We are splitting our stay between the All Star Resort and the AKL. We don't have a car so we'll have to rely on Disney for transporting our luggage. Can someone tell me how this works? Thanks!!

Hi there...

If you want DIsney to do the luggage transfer than just take your lauggage to Bell Services and they will make sure they get to AKL but it may be up till 3 - 4pm before they are there - so keep handy anything you may need for they day.

Then later when you check in at AKL go to Bell Services and they will have your luggage... I assume you are doing a park or something that day and going to AKL later in the day?

Other option would be just to take a cab over with your luggage with you and check in with everything. AKL and the Allstar resorts are close together - the taxi would not be much.

I was wondering the same thing... however I am moving around a bit more, about every 2 to 3 days, staying at 3 different Disney Hotels. Is it possible just to pack everything up and have bell services come to your room to get everything? And then take it to your new room? I am bringing a lot of stuff and it would be a pain to lug everything to check out with me and then back up to my room to check in. Also, the first hotel we are staying at is the SWAN. Do they participate in this?

I think they would come to your room to get your things

but I doubt they would deliver your things to your new room without you being there... they need their TIP!

Not going to get a tip if you are not there!

Hello,

Last trip we split between ASMu and Poly. The day of the move we called down to bell services and they came and picked up our luggage from the room (you have to be there for this). Later in the day when we checked in at the Poly we went to the bell services and our luggage was there. They took it to our room. I had been worried before my trip about this but all went so smoothly that we are splitting our next trip as well.
