I switched my guide a few months ago. With no problems. I have a friend who is a DVC member as well and he wants to switch as well. He has had ZERO luck getting someone to call him back and switch. He is totally frustrated any help??

Well we use Brad Smith and have never had a problem with him in the past. We haven't spoke to him lately last 6 months or so but we haven't needed anything:confused3 We get emails from him and he always returned our emails and voicemails pretty promptly. We refered him to a friend and he treated them the same way, give him a shout...Shawnpirate:

Do you like your new Guide, if so have your Guide call your friend.

Your friend can also call the Preview Center and ask to speak to a manager, don't accept a call back.

Lastly they can send a email to the Satisfaction Team and request a DVD manager call back.

My experience when calling for a new guide was really quite messed up. I called quality control, I believe, and told them we were trying to add on. I informed them that I was not satisfied with my guide and wanted to speak with someone new, who was available to return my calls and get things rolling. To my dismay I was put on hold and about a minute later my guide picks up the phone????????????? I just went a head with the add on and a couple months later found out our guide no longer works for DVC. I have no idea who my guide is now but with resale prices the way they are I am good!

Why would anyone need to switch guides? We bought resale and don't even know who our guide is?
