switching ADR's to another party

I am not sure if this has been posted yet but I am wondering - can you swithch your ressie with another party going at the same time.

Say if I wanted to give my Chef Mickey Ressie to a friend going on vacation the same week can I do that? How would I facilitate that?

Any help would be appreciated.

Disney no longer allows reservations to be transferred. The best way to facilitate the change is to try to coordinate with the other party a time that you cancel that reservation online and they try to pick it up at the same time online.

I am going to close this and move it to the reservation board. There is a sticky at the top of this forum that explains Disney's policy a bit more.
