Switch my reservation to just a room

So I just tried to cancel dds park ticket on my reservation bc she will be spending some time w her grandparents, Disney lady told me I couldn't and my best option was to cancel and book just a room w tix on the side. My question is, I've already paid 400+ towards this reservation, what will happen?

We had issues with this before and according to the special accounting person the package deposit (and extra) should have been refunded and a new booking made. Room only and package bookings are different departments/revenue streams so they aren't supposed to be interchangeable (according to the many many conversations we had with the special lady when the CM made this error)

Is your daughter going to WDW at all? Or will she be in the future?

If she is, you can just bring everyone's tickets down to 1 or 2 days (whatever your package requires), then add days when you get there as needed. Or you can just keep her tickets for a future trip.

Just another idea, if she'll need ANY tickets, or need them in the future.
