id dont know if anyone's posted this before, but who care's/doesn't care? who's not worrying about it? does anyone on here have it?
sonya, is it just me or is sickness just attracted to you?

Nope, being sick and I have a love hate relationship. As in the sickies love me but I hate them.
I'm always sick, I've always been the little kid who always got sick. My sister though, you can fan her with the flu and she won't get sick. She's got an immune system of steel.
That's me right there. My mom purposely sent me where she knew there were sick kids so that I'd catch whatever they had and then build an immunity to it. There isn't much that can affect me.
The last time I missed a day of school because I was legitimately sick was because of the Norovirus (of Norwalk Virus) in fourth grade. It hit me especially hard and about tw months before everybody else got it because I have type O blood (type O is more susceptible to Norovirus than other types). So, when everybody else got it and they finally figured out what was going on, they closed the school and I got a week off.
And in response to the OP. Nope. Not worried about it.
I am probably more scared of the swine flu vaccine than the actual swine flu. First off, I do not like that our school nurses give out the shots. Are school nurses qualified and trained to give us these shots? When we donated blood last year, a lot of kids had purple arms because the people doing it stuck the needle in wrong. And some kid got paralyzed from the swine flu vaccine, although I think it was because he was allergic to eggs. I'm fine with shots, I actually just got my regular flu shot yesterday, but I don't like that it's a new vaccine and it's being done in schools. I think there should be the option of getting it done at your doctor's office.
But, I don't think I'm worried about the swine flu. It's basically the same thing as the regular flu. A girl in my psychology class had swine flu, but she came back to school a week later and said it was just like having the regular flu.
They're called nurses for a reason. They are legitimate, properly trained nurses.I am probably more scared of the swine flu vaccine than the actual swine flu.
