Not sure which island you may be on for that excursion? We did it in Nassau and found it MUCH nicer, cleaner, and more educational than the one in Grand Cayman, which was dirty, run down, and had terrible staff, in my opinion. Actually several of us from
DCL complained when we returned to the ship about how awful the service was and how poor the experience was, and I heard DCL issued a partial refund to all the guests who booked that (even if they didn't officially register a complaint). I'm not sure if they're still using the same place in Grand Cayman, and I'm sorry I can't recall the name of it. There was a turtle farm adjacent to it, which was also quite sad, I thought. The animals did not look well cared for and the place was shabby. I would definitely recommend the Nassau dolphin excursion though. It was excellent and worth every penny if you haven't done something like that before.
