Hi
I hope I am posting in the right section, we are going to euro disney at the begining of feb, I am travelling with twins and Im staying at the santa fe hotel. My daughter has behavioural problems and food allergies so Im afraid I have a few questions.
We booked with friends who thought that this hotel has a swimming pool, which we now know it doesnt, my daughter loves her swimming and we are unsure how she will cope with the resort. We thought that swimming in the afternoon might give her a bit of a break from the park environment, does anyone know if you are able to pay a fee and swim in any of the other hotels swimming pools.
Also food wise, my daughter is not aloud any gluten or dairy, I have some travel cards in french advising resturants about this, but will I beable to take her own snacks into the park itself as I expect she will be fairly limited to chips etc for evening meals so do not want this to be her only choice all day.
Lastly we are travelling by eurostar, am I able to take her cereal, biscuits, milk etc through to france or are they strict at customs. We booked through a travel agent who doesnt seem to be to helpful now she has had the money. Although the hotel say they will cater for her diet, I fear they might just do her fruit which will not keep her at the age of five going for long so I need to take some extra supplies.
Sorry for the all the questions but the very last one I promise, Im a fairly nervous person who knows no french, do most of the staff understand some english, Im happy to try and give it a bash but this is one thing I am worried about when explaining her problems.
Many thanks again
