Swimming Pools at FW

We will be there Friday and can't wait. Will be surprising our kids on Thursday night when we stop at Point South KOA for the night. Can't wait to see there expressions when they open their gifts containing personalized Mouse ears and autograph books.

Question, is the pool at FW open or has the March cold weather(at least here in VA) kept it from opening? If it is open, is it not even worth jumping in? tks

It's probably open, FW has heated pools. That being said as a Floridian it would still be to cold for me to get into, but people from up north continue to surprise me.... They do have hottubs if it is to cold for you guys

Just got back from the Fort last week, grand kids went swimming twice

The pools are open year round. We have been there in November, December, and January, and always go swimming. We were there in Jan 2007 and people were running around like eskimo's because it was getting into the 50's at night, but we still swam and smiled as they looked at us like we were crazy.

Yes, they were open in February.
