Swimming pool question

As an onsite guest at Pop Century, can you go check out/use the swimming pools at the other resorts? My son & I have one day on our vacation with nothing planned and I've always wanted to check out the other resorts (I've only seen POR so far). I figure if he has access to the swimming pools, he will let me drag him around a bit. Thank for the help! Diane

No pool hopping is allowed for resort guests.

You can still check out the other resorts, but you just can't use their pool.

Resort hopping is one of my all time favorite things to do while at Disney. We always leave one day open for this sort of thing. We usually have breakfast/lunch/dinner at different resorts and inbetween go to others. We love to shop at all the different shops and just walk around the grounds and just look at the different pools. This is a good way for us to find out what resort we want to stay at the next time we come to the world. This time, however, it will be me and my MIL doing the resort hopping, because my FIL, DH, and both DDs decided that they want to go to a water park instead and my MIL and I don't care to. So while they do that my MIL and I will have a fun girls day and just hop around to where ever. My MIL has not been to WDW in about 15 years or so, so when I told her about all the changes, it is like she can't believe it until she sees it....well, she is definately going to see it and believe it

As for the pool hopping, you cannot pool hop from one pool to another unless you are staying at either POR or POFQ. These 2 resorts are sister resorts and shares each other's amenities therefore it is allowed. When we arrive in 10 days that is one thing my girls are excited about doing.

The All Star resorts also are sister resorts so if you are staying at one you can use the pools of all the resorts.
