We will be at the Boardwalk from October 25th throught the 27th, just a little escape, but I have never been up there that time of year. Usually we make our trips in April-May-Dec. I living in Florida should know this anwer, but is it warm enough to swim in October? :earsgirl: :earsboy:

Being from New England, we swam in December of 2002.

We swam in November in 2002 and it was plenty warm. Although we are from Minnesota. I have cousins that grew up in Florida and they are in pants and long sleeves when it's 60-65 degrees out. That's shorts weather here, so I guess it would be your personal preference.

You can swim in October. We were there this past Jan and it was in the 40s and people were swimming. The pools are heated to 80 degrees and it was cool to see the steam coming off of the pool, the lifeguards all bundled up and the shrubs covered to prevent frost but there were people in the pool.
