my 3 year old can swim great, but with swimmies. Do the resort pools let you in the larger pool with swimmies. Thanks In case you didn't know what I meant. swimmies(the flotation devices you put on your arms.)

yes you can use them, my dd uses arm-bands (as she calls them), they also have life vests available to borrow, but she prefers her arm-bands as the life-vests are quite restrictive

Yep. My daughter can swim, but at the AKL pool last year she wore a yellow vest thingy. I could always find my kid - she was the only kid that looked like a yellow bobber in the pool!
