Does Disney provide swim diapers? I know babies can't go into the pools, but they can go to the splash areas. I stayed at the Grand Californian this summer and there were diapers available at the pool.

I'll admit that I have no personal experience with this, but I doubt that DCL provides swim diapers. I'm fairly certain you must supply your own.

We brought our own. Thank goodness our 2 yr old DD is potty trained now so we don't need them any more.

No, they do not. There is a very limited supply for sale in the shops, at a high markup and in minimal sizes.

We used a reusable swim diaper. our child is 95% potty trained, and it was easier to pack one reusable diaper then to worry about having enough swim diapers on hand.

I'll also note -- we ran out of regular diapers/pullups on day 5 because of a random series of unforeseeable events, and the stores only had size 3 & 4 diapers left, and those at a huge markup (of course).

We had the unforseeen events happen on our Eastern Crib cruise. We got off the ship, talked to some locals, and scored some diapers and wipes at great prices!

Bring your own. On board supply is very expensive. Anything baby related, make sure you have enough and more.

Definitely better to bring your own even if you could buy them on board. Consider reusable swim diapers. One of those costs the same as a pack of disposables (or two for the cost of two packs), and you can wash and reuse them throughout the cruise. More economical in my opinion and certainly takes up less packing space!

As others have stated, it is better to bring your own. They have a limited supply and don't carry every size. Bring more than you think you need. (I have been on diaper hunts at port before, successful - but NOT the kind of fun I intended on a port day. ;) )

I didn't know about the reusable swim diapers though! That DOES sound extremely helpful!

We use a regular cloth diaper cover (just the outer waterproof part). I realize there aren't many people who use cloth diapers like we do, but if anyone does...a Flip or Thirsties cover or the like will work as a swim diaper. And if anyone has a friend who uses CDs, you could borrow one. But reusable swim diapers aren't that expensive anyway and TOTALLY worth it.
