Dd age two is mostly potty trained wearing pullups at night. Does she require a swim diaper? Do they base this on age or potty-trained status?

if the child is not COMPLETELY potty trained they must wear a swim diaper or other alternative like a swim suit that has the plastic liner.

i think its a pretty reasonable rule cuz disney does not want to have to pick poop out of their pools and i certainly don't want poop floating around me.

My DS(2) is completely potty trained expect at night he wears a pull-up. Anyway, unjust don't trust him yet in the pool so we will wear a swim diaper just in case. I don't want to be those parents. Better safe. :)

It would seem to me that mostly potty trained is not potty trained and therefore a swim diaper is appropriate.

Agreed.

My guy figured out nights (or, rather, we did, as we had a family bed and I finally figured out that when he got squirmy it meant he had to go, so I would put him on the little potty instead of trying to just get him back to sleep) first, but I still had him in a nighttime dipe at least 6 months after he was ready to be done. Since I didn't trust him totally, that meant, well, that I didn't trust him totally. So he was in a swim dipe if we went to a pool.

(of course it was all simple for us since we used cloth, including the tight plastic swim dipes easily found at Target)
