Swim designs

I thought I posted this the other day but now I can't find my thread soooooo can anyone point me in the direction(or design for me!!) a swimming design? My boys swim competitively and I would love to do something with Disney and swimming. They like Donald and Winnie the Pooh(separately!). Maybe with them wearing goggles?? I feel like somewhere out there I have seen a clipart with Donald diving in. Thanks!!!
