Anyone ever stayed here before? Got A crazy offer on a 3bd 2 ba and want to know if it is clean area and how close to Disney it really is

I have never stayed there, but I was interested to find out where it is. It is behind Lake Cecile, (not far from Sams Club) on the 192. Google maps put directions to EPCOT, DHS, MK at approx 22-25 mins.

Reviews on trip advisor came back mixed, but like a lot of places, it appears all the units are individually owned and managed, so it depends a lot on what the owner puts into the unit and how well the MC looks after it.

Is your offer from a management company or an owner, and do they guarantee you a specific unit? Personally, I would want to know exactly which unit I would be staying in (but then I can be picky!)

With management companies and units that are individually owned, you find the owners don't get as much money as you pay the MC (they take their cut) so the unit may not be as well maintained as some others, however on the flip side, you may have a great unit.

For me, if the price was right and I knew which unit I would have, I would be OK staying in that area (I have stayed nearby at the Fantasy World Villas before). I would not expect to walk to restaurants, it looks to be not too close to them, but there are some restaurants around that I know of (an Applebees near Sam's Club, a Perkins IIRC near 192/Poinciana and probably more that I don't know about because I don't spend that much time in that general area).

We stayed there at Christmas time through a person on VRBO. place was clean. Everything worked. Just a couple of minutes to get to Wlamart to stock up and a short drive up 192 to get to Disney, maybe 10 minutes. We would stay there again.
