We were planning on doing a traditional head table, and renting a large limo, so we could spend our time with our bridal party. At our PS our planner suggested doing a sweetheart table so our bridal party could be seated with their dates/kids, etc. She also suggested we rent our limo through Disney, rather than an outside company due to chance of delays, etc. Problem is, if we rent the normal limo used through Disney our bridal party will not all fit. If we want the hummer through them, it is about double the outside vendor we contacted. I need advice on both of these issues.
1. Should we do the sweetheart table instead of the head table? I would love to see pictures of others who had a sweetheart table and know your opinion on whether you were happy with that decision.
2. Which of the following should we do:
- Rent the limo we really like through an outside vendor and risk the chance of delays/mix ups.
- Rent the limo we really like through Disney, which is about $500 over budget.
- Rent the smaller limo through Disney and just take it ourselves after the ceremony, all the rest of the bridal party would take the motorcoach.
- Rent the smaller limo through Disney and have it make 2 trips, one with everyone in our bridal party except us, the MOH (and her hubby who is a GM), and the BM (and his wife who is a BM). And then take us the second trip.
I would really appreciate some advice. IMO there are pros and cons to all the above scenarios for both topics. I am too indecisive!
