Just a quick FYI if anyone is interested. I just received an email from Sweet Tomatoes that the new location on South Apopka-Vineland in Lake Buena Vista is having a sneak peek/fundraiser this friday and saturday.

For $5 you get a meal at the new location and all proceeds will support GKTW. Hours are 11-2 and 5-8 on friday Apr. 24. 11-3 on saturday Apr. 25. They have a great salad bar and soup selection. One of the places we like to hit for a quick and inexpensive meal while in Orlando.

Enjoy yourself, we always do.

I love the honey butter with the bread selections.

The salad bar is really great, good selection. DW really likes the brownies (they're more like cake). Probably my favorite thing believe it or not is the strawberry lemonade. I drink WAY too much of that stuff.

The hot food choices usually aren't anything I'd write home about (usually 3 types of pasta, potatoes and some pizza type breads) but I'm a soup and salad guy so I get more than enough of that to make it worth my money.

Sweet Tomatoes is the best! The closest one is in St Louis and I am a little reluctant to admit that I've made special trips just to eat there. The shame! I love the Chicken wonton something or other salad and I love all of the goodies on their build your own bar.

One of my favorite places to eat, especially lunch. They have coupons in the paper, or on line. The salad bar is huge & has every salad fixing know to man or woman. In addition, they have pasta bar, fresh breads, pizza-ish stuff & fresh soups. Soft serve Eddy's ice cream with toppings for dessert. It's great. I, however, go to the one north of Orlando, in Altamonte Springs, near where my work's office is. It's not as crazy busy as the one on I drive. The new one should be busy too. The best part is that the turn over of food is so rapid, that everything is fresh. :cheer2:

Pizza-ish is a great way to put it. I wasn't quite sure how to describe it. We always went to the I-drive location and are looking forward to a quick little 5 min. jaunt from Downtown Disney.

When we are in Clearwater for Phillies spring training, we always go to Sweet Tomatoes. We love it, good healthy food. I also *love* the strawberry lemonade! I wish they had one in my area!
