I know it's REALLY early but I was thinking of making a Sweet Potato Souflee for Thanksgiving dinner with DH's family this year. I have been looking for a recipe and can't find one that calls for marshmallows on top instead of the nut topping. I'd prefer to have the marshmallows on top as it's my personal favorite! Does anyone have a recipe for this? Thanks in advance!

MARSHMALLOW SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE

8 med. sweet potatoes
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. hot milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon or nutmeg
1/4 tsp. paprika
1 c. chopped walnuts
1/2 lb. marshmallows
Cook sweet potatoes until tender. Remove skins and mash. When smooth, beat in butter, milk, salt, spices. Beat well. Fold in walnuts and turn into buttered baking dish. Top with marshmallows and bake at 350 degrees until marshmallows puff and become golden brown.

This recipe sounds great! I think I may bring this to my mom's house for Thanksgiving.

Thanks for the suggestions! I am printing them both out, they both sound great!!
