We love Tiana's! It sounds like you already have really good suggestions. If you decide to order from Tiana's menu when in AP, I suggest giving your server a heads up. The night before at dessert, you could let them know "We'll see you in AP tomorrow night, I'd really like ___ from Tiana's if possible." Cabana's is also a great idea, we didn't go there for dinner but I heard they have a combo menu from the MDR's, so they just might have exactly what your looking for without the AP animation.
