I make this all the time for my kids classrooms and they love it! Tonight Savannah and I made two for her Kindergarten class tomorrow
3/4 Cup of Smooth Peanut Butter
1/2 Cup Softened margarine
1 Cup Brown Sugar, Packed
1/4 Cup Granulated Sugar
2 Large Eggs
1 Tsp. Vanilla Flavoring
1 3/4 Cups Flour
3/4 Tsp. Baking Soda
1/2 Tsp. Baking Powder
1/2 Tsp. Salt
1/2 Cup Chocolate Chips
1/2 Cup Butterscotch Chips
1/2 M & M's
Some Green Licorice Strings, cut up
Turn the oven on to 350º. Grease the Pizza Pan. Cream the peanut butter and margarine together in a bowl. Beat in both sugars. Beat in the eggs, one at a time. Add the vanilla. Stir with mixing spoon.
Add the flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt. Stir until all the flour is mixed in. Press mixture into pizza pan with your hand. Bake in the oven for 7 to 9 minutes (I usually leave mine in for a couple minutes longer.) or until lightly browned.
Sprinkle the hot pizza with both kinds of chips. Let stand for a minute to soften. Spread the chips with a knife until they are all smooth over the pizza.
Scatter pieces of green licorice (I use Fruit Streamer Fruit Snacks...I take the green and give the rest to Savannah! LOL). Add M & M's. You can use whatever candies you want, we usually end up with different things each time we make this.
Cool and then cut into wedges.
