your best bet is to check over on Scott's blog next week. He posted the SWDAS from last weeks western yesterday.
Who is Scott and what is the URL for his blog?

We're on that sailing as well. I think that in your stateroom, not sure of the day, you'll receive a sheet that will allow you to rank your desired meet and greets and experiences. You have 5 choices, you rank 1 - 5 and they do their best to get you 1 or 2 of your requests. I also heard on busy cruises (like ours which I believe is sold out) that they have done a 2nd day of meet and greets because of the demand. Not sure about the latter part of that, but pretty sure on the 'rank your experience'. You turn this form into guest services. again not sure when you get the form.
I have not been able to find the five choices for the SWDAS. I tried finding it on the navigators from the January cruise, but I couldn't find it. I know on the 2016 cruise, they had three meet and greets: Tatooine, Darkside, and Bespin. Are these still the choices? I see they also added the Jodi training, but what would be the fifth choice? 28 days until our cruise! Trying to figure some things out in advance, so it will be less stress when we arrive. We will already know what we want! When did you find out your experiences?
Thanks!
I have a copy but pic was too big to download. I did forward the pics to Disney cruiseline blog. I do not know what each experience entails, other than the 2 we participated in. The experiences are called : 1) The First Order. 2) trusty Companions - this is a ticketed photo meet&greet. You do not choose the companion or time slot, it is whoever is scheduled for the time you are given. Ours was Chewbacca. 3) Trials of the Temple. 4) the Dark Side 5) Rebels. Trials of the Temple is the Jedi Training Experience in the Walt Disney Theater. Kids are requested to wear closed toe shoes. Anyone can watch and take pics in the theater. There is a media component & special effects and the kids do not keep the lightsabers. They "battle" Darth Vader and/or another Dark Side heavyweight.Seems to have been explained that they give you a sheet early in the cruise with the possible experiences. It may be on a similar thread that they have the same process for Jedi training. So nope you won't find them in recent Navigators.

We had the Dark Side and it was Darth Vader. We also had trusty companion and it was chewy. There was no real explanation as to what each option was.Thank you! This is what I was looking for. We are looking for our two choices to be meet and greets. I wonder if the Dark Side is also a meet and greet? Did they explain what each one was on the sheet? I was hoping to find the sheet on the Disney cruiselineblog, but I didn't see it. Then I checked the Navigators just in case. We have done the Jedi training many times at HS, so I am looking for something different. I am hoping someone can chime in with more details on the other three experiences. Thank you so much for this! I have been trying to get some more details. I like to be prepared!

Does anyone want to hazard a guess which one might get you the droids--- it must be either #1 The First Order or #5 Rebels but to be honest- I haven't a clue. We sail this Saturday and our 7 yr old little guy is Really hoping for the Trials of the Temple (Jedi training) but I am going to feel so bad if I pick the wrong one for him not knowing which might be the clue for the droids- just the one child in the cabin and mom. I know there is no guarantee, but I know how thrilled he would be if he lucked out with his 2 dream experiences. He adores Star Wars.
So you don't get the choice of characters? If you choose the dark side and don't get Vader, is there any other chance for a photo op with him?
When we showed up for both of our meet and greets there was only one character. We talked to the staff while waiting in line and from what we gathered there was only one character per meet and greet. So you don't get the choice of characters? If you choose the dark side and don't get Vader, is there any other chance for a photo op with him?
Nope. The characters in the meet and greets were not on the ship elsewhere except in show on the pool deck that evening. So you don't get the choice of characters? If you choose the dark side and don't get Vader, is there any other chance for a photo op with him?
