Swapping TS for CS

Does anyone know if using the DDP if you can use your TS credits for eating at a CS? We are not gong to be eating in the resturants alot and was wondering because we are getting the free DDP if you are able to still use the credits on counter service resturants.

We've always been able to, and have also been able to trade 1 cs for 3 snacks at whichever resort we're staying at (food court of cafe ect..) The most recent time we've done it was this past Sept.
