Swapping magicbands for FP+ within your group?

I set up our FP+ with the same options for the entire group, but some of us will sit out some of the options--for example, those of us with motion sickness issues won't ride Tower of Terror or Star Tours. Are we allowed to make FP+ reservations under our names for a different time / ride but let the more adventurous riders in our group use them?

I do this all the time with 7DMT. Mom won't ride it so I get to go on twice in a row.

In my case... I have last years Limited Edition Halloween Party MB. I just got this years. Its assigned to me. I want to assign last years to my wife so she can use that one while I use this years.. Oh an add she wasn't to use my SW Mickey LE one thats also assigned to me.
