Swan week after Thanksgiving

Does anyone know what is going on at the Swan the week after Thanksgiving this year? I have stay been trying to get a ressie for that time period since March 2022 and it says no rooms available. I know that is a busy time , but I have stayed there during this time period for the last several years with no difficulty. I am NOT coming in on the weekend, I'm arriving on Monday. Checking the
available dates" shows no availability until Dec. 4. It has been the same since I started checking.
Just wondering what is going on there this year.

Typically, if rooms are not available at Swan/Dolphin it means there is a large convention booked. I would keep checking - if rooms are released from a convention block, they will go back into general inventory, but it might be closer to the dates you are looking for.

They also seem to have a sort of minimum stay sometimes. I wasn't able to book one night, but could book several.

I am going the same week in December. When I called and asked about rooms being released, I was told that the convention had already paid for all the rooms and none of them would be released. I did manage to score a room at the dolphin for the first night of my stay and then I have to move to another site.

My firm has a huge event at the Swan/Dolphin the first week of December, though not the last two years due to Covid. Thousands of us that descend on the resort. We even have folks at an overflow hotel. I just went and checked my 2019 resort and I checked in on Monday, 12/3.
