Swan Wedding Pricing Info

I see questions everynow and then about swan weddings so I thought I would just start a new thread with the pricing info.
Here is the info for my wedding which took place October 2004. This was for 16 guests,we had our wedding, then cocktail hour,full meal, alcohol for 3 hours and dj for 4 hours(dj also did music for us during the wedding). The service I had that day was awesome!

Officiant-Rev Tim Herring
Decorated Wedding Arch (in my colors-turned out Beautiful!!!)
4x5 photo package-2 hrs,copies of all photos,4x5 album,all negitives,cd of prints-Photographer=Randy Chapman-Just Marry booked him for me.
Wedding Cake-white cake with swiss white chocolate mousse filling & fresh strawberries,buttercreme icing.
3 hours open bar (wine/imported & domestic beer)
Cocktail Hour-buffet station with cheese display,fresh fruit,breads,crackers & passed deluxe fancy canapes (seafood,vegitarian,meat)
Salad-with honey roasted pecans/blue cheese/raspberry vinagrette
Entree-spinach & mushroom stuffed chicken breast wrapped in puff pastery with classic madeira sauce,veggies,rolls,butter,
Coffee/Tea/Soda/Milk etc
Kids meal-fresh fruit cup,chicken fingers/mac & cheese-our sons request-he was the only child.They "catered" to him totally.!
1 DJ Meal
White Linens
Votives
Grand Total =2410.00 (includes tax,tip,service charge)

DJ for 4 hours -ABCDJ's Entertainment.
346.50 (including tax,tip,etc).

ackk...I think I have my numbers messed up!
I pulled up my old excell sheet here at work and I have my food/alcohol listed seperately from the wedding stuff! The wedding stuff only was 2410.00...the food/alcohol just right under 1000.00

I saw your wedding pictures too, it looks great!!! I guess had to be done indoors cus of the weather? outdoor pix the sky looks gloomy .... but definetly keeping Randy on our #1 call list.

Does anyone have picture taken around the Crescent Terrace? Can't find any ground views to compare it with sunset pointe @ polynesian.

some additional info on pricing:

I was told the deposit will be $1000 to secure your location and time, it is non-refundable. you don't need to choose every option to put down the deposit, things can be exchanged and added but NOT deducted. so you can go with the minimum options first and build from there and still have your location secured.
final payment due 45 days prior to wedding date.

Our justmarrycoordinator so far is very reachable via email, response time is good and answered all our questions. I believe the price does include the coordinater so it's their duty to help you anyway they can.

i also had to pay the deposit..same time frames.

Do you mean how long is the ceremony itself? or the whole shebang??
My ceremony was not long...but it depends on what you choose for ceremony- you get to pick what you want included!
My whole wedding event was 4hrs!
