Swan resort questions - help please

We're visiting the swan next week and have a few questions. Have browsed around and haven't found the answers.

1. Does the swan have swimming vests available for kids? When we stayed at the poly they had some available for use. Does the swan have something similar?

2. Is there a coffeemaker in the room? How many cups?

3. Do they sell coffee and breakfast snacks (croissants, muffins, etc) in the swan lobby or just at the dolphin?

DD18 and I stayed at the Swan in March 2007. I won't be much help!

1. I don't swim.....don't know

2. I'm pretty sure there was a coffemaker (like a very small one 2 cup) cause I always have to move them out of the way. I don't drink coffee and always needs the extra counter space!

3. YES! In the Swan lobby is a breakfast/snack area. They actually have quite a good selection of items, including fresh fruit. Sweet breakfast things, bagels, muffins.

I just returned from the Swan. Didn't swim so I can't answer your vest question, but I did make coffee in my room every morning. The coffee maker we had was a one-cup-at-a-time type. They provide you with two packets of regular (bold) and one packet of decaffeinated Starbucks coffee and two 12-oz. disposable cups with lids. Each coffee packet contains a round pod of coffee that you place into the top of the coffeemaker. Since I find Starbucks coffee to be too strong, I cut off the top of the pod (filter), emptied out about 1/3 of the coffee and then placed the pod in the coffeemaker with the opening at the top. If I had known in advance, I would have packed some #1 cone filters to use in the coffeemaker. Then I could have used the extra coffee that I emptied out of the filter each morning and threw away! They also provide 2 packets each containing 2 stirrers, 2 sugars, 2 Sweet & Lows, 2 powdered creamer and a napkin. You also get 2 teabags.
