Swan reservation falling off MDE

I have a July reservation for the Swan and every other day my hotel reservation keeps falling out (goes missing) of MDE. I haven’t booked FP’s yet but am concerned given the current status of deleting if it keeps falling off. Does anyone have experience with this?

Happens all the time with Shades of Green ressies also. You can call. I called for a SoG ressie (stayed in March). I made sure it was there when it was time to make FP. It fell off again afterwards, but when I called I asked them to make notes on my account in case my FP disappeared. They never disappeared. The reservation did fall off and never reappeared until check-in. I did make screen shots of all my FP just in case. It's one of the many glitches that are MDE.

But your FPs aren't linked to your hotel reservation, they are tied to tickets. Do you have a package through the Swan, then I can see where your concern is? However, even then, if you click on tickets and memory maker in MDE you should be able to see your tickets, room only or package. Check to see if you're able to do that and then I wouldn't worry about the Swan disappearing on MDE.

Are you seeing this on both the web interface and on the App? Often the App is very confused concerning the Swan / Dolphin linked reservations for some reason. However I found the web interface to MDE will show the correct details.

Yes both are supposed to be in-sync but due to the way the App data is refreshed vs the web the App often shows older information.

Swan is considered onsite. If I book my FP's at 60 days out and the hotel reservation keeps dropping off then I will lose my FP's since the system will think I do not have an onsite reservation.
