We have stayed at POFQ and are booking a stay at the Swan for April because we are getting a good deal there and we love being able to walk to the Epcot resorts entrance, or boat to HS. Something to think about at any resort is location within the resort. Our stay at POFQ was probably one of our least favorite, I think that is only because our room ended up being way off in the left corner near a pool under renovation. Our walk to the shuttle was much quicker if we cut through a weedy ugly parking area. Most of the guests in our part of the hotel were choosing this option as it cut our walk to the shuttle by a good 5 minutes but the walk made me feel like I wasn't even on Disney property. Conversely, one of our best trips was at All-Star Music because our room was right near the lobby, poolside, ground-floor. We'd open the door in the morning and hear marimba party music and our kids would jump up and rush to get ready to join the "party". I'm nervous about staying at the Swan, because we love "the Disney bubble" however we found the beds at POFQ to be uncomfortable and hoping the "Heavenly Beds" at Swan will make up for lack of bubble. We've also enjoyed AofA but again we had great location, ground floor on Cars courtyard. Short walk very pleasant walk from shuttle through the excellent store, dangerous for the wallet but very Disney feeling. We did like the pool at POFQ, lobby and beautiful grounds near the boat launches. I just wish our room would have been anywhere near those areas as we rarely saw them unless we walked way out of the way to do so. Good luck!
