Haven't stayed there yet, but made ressies for the Dolphin. They have better access to restaurants, the pool, and the gym. The only downside was the beds, the Swan has queens or kings; the Dolphin has doubles or kings.

I stayed at the Dolphin so I can't speak for the Swan.

The Dolphin was lovely but I did not feel the Disney Magic like when I stayed at CBR.

Just my 2 cents. :goodvibes

Thanks... we are looking to maybe add a day or two at one of these hotels. We are trying new hotels this time around and thought one of these might be a good choice.

We just returned from the Swan and had a great trip. However, I would stay at the Dophin in the future. One night after returning from the parks, I couldn't even get a soda in the Swan. We would have had to walk over to Tubbie's at the Dolphin just to get a cold drink.

I've stayed at both, and you really can't go wrong with either one. I like the Swan because it's easier to get around, but the Dolphin has a much more impressive lobby. We actually could get to Tubbi's and the grotto pool quicker from our room at the Swan than our room in the East Wing of the Dolphin. I also like the layout of the room a little better at the Swan. The bathroom area has 2 sinks and it's bigger. If you do go Dolphin, request a room on the West Wing and fairly close to the elevators.

I agree with all of this ::yes::

I haven't stayed at either resort and voted for neither. DH and I walked over and went through the lobbies of both resorts just to check them out and see if we'd ever want to stay there. The theming of both was not for us.

If it was a free trip, I'd like to try the Dolphin.

I voted for neither. I hate the tacky design of the two of them and their visual intrusion into Epcot's World Showcase. Add to that their policy of charging for self parking and the $10/day resort fee and I just don't see any attraction.

The resort fee goes away at the end of this month, and for the discount special going on (if you book no later than Friday), for us it was a great way to add an extra weekend over Labor Day.

The rate worked out to $110.39 per night (not counting the parking fee).

So for not quite $120 per night- I'd enjoy that Heavenly Bed!!

And FREE internet access!!

JMHO of course....
