Swan guest parking or drop off at parks without checking-in

We will stay at Swan, but plan to have husband drop us off at Animal Kingdom at RD on the day of arrival, then he will drive to SWAN checking-in and return the rental car to Dolphin. My question is when he drops us off at AK, are we going to be charged parking fee? I know Swan guest park free at parks, but we haven't checked in yet by then...

Any experience or comment will be helpful.

No, when you get to the gates, let them know that he is just dropping off. They will direct him on where to go.
