Swan/Dolphin Teacher Discount

Does anyone know if retired teachers can get this discount? She still substitute teaches during the year as needed as well, and works part-time for a non-profit in the education field.

If she is a sub and has an active ID or pay stub I see no reason why she shouldnt get the discount.
