Swan/Dolphin Starpoints experts help?

Starpoints has a new promotion; "free weekends". You stay 5 days get two fridays free, stay another 5 get two saturdays free. We are staying 12. I would like to stay five and get the first friday free and then stay another five and get the next friday and maybe saturday free. I know that the days don't normally credit till seven days after you chaeck out.
I'm wondering if I prepay would that count?
Also I got one of the swan/dolphin discounts, will they count the days still?
I just thought maybe they would have had this promotion before and someone would maybe have experience with it.
I called and asked and noone there would give me an answer, all they could say was you get credit 7 days after you check out and they wouldn't know if my stay would count for it till I stayed. They wouldn't even touch my prepay question.
By the way for those that want to know the days must be used by Aug 31st(not much time to use them right).

Shelly: I can't help with your questions but I can share your frustrations with the lack of info available from Starwood. I also had a Starwood question regarding purchases at the Disney store in the Dolphin: can you charge those purchases to your room and then get Starwood points for them? Thanks!

I just got off the phone with Starwood. The points get credited 7 days after your stay. They do not want people using the points on the vacation they are currently at. They are trying to make you come back for a return visit, which would in turn make them more money.

Pluto People I asked thw same question. and was told that ALL purchases and meals at either resort would get Starwood points, if charged to the room. Hope that helps!

I know you have to save the free days for later...but I do know even with the Teacher rate...your points counts as do your stay days. Have a great trip!
