Swan Dolphin Pool Hours

I am staying at the Swan in August and am hoping someone with recent experience can clarify the pool hours. We love going in the pool at night after the parks. On the Swan and Dolphin site it says that the pool is open 9-9, but I've heard that these are just the hours with lifeguards and towels available and the pools are actually available all the time. Has anyone been recently that can let me know? Many thanks

I'm sure we swam after hours, and nothing is "closed" up or anything. I think there is an "at your own risk" sign.

Interesting-I'm a little surprised the Swan/Dolphin hasn't followed Disney's lead and hard-closed the Pools after the Lifeguards leave(most,if not all, Disney Pools are on a 9:00 AM-11:00 PM schedule for the Summer).

I can also say that on a few days when we were there for mid day break, and also early am, there were no lifeguards, and we were swimming with other families, too. This was last Nov.
