Swan dolphin on hotwire or priceline the end of September

Has anyone seen the swan or dolphin on hotwire in the end of september? Has anyone won it on priceline then? I am going September 26-29. I had my friend who works at Westin Corporate call some of his friends in reservations and they said the hotels they had very low bookings then and not many confereneces going on so i am hoping they will show up. Maybe in a week or two more time. Anyone had luck? I am checking hotwire regularly and it hasnt shown up. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I've been looking on Hotwire and calling directly for 9/17-9/23. No luck on Hotwire. Called directly for our dates and was told that Dolphin was completely booked for our dates and that there was only very limited availability at the Swan. Low availability at both hotels during our time was due to a big convention. We would change our dates if we could but DH can't change vacation dates.

Just tried to book the Dolphin for our late September trip (19th - 28th). DH is a gov't employee, also have APs.....CM stated no discounted rooms available for that time frame d/t a large convention being there. Cheapest room was $305!! Don't think so!!!!

Looks like it's the Hotel Royal Plaza for us this time. Unless, of course, Disney gets off it's tushie and offers up some room-only discounts!
