Swan/Dolphin Fans... Compare Fresh and Garden Grove

We will be staying at the Dolphin for the first time next month and was wondering about everyones opinions on these two restaurants. Are they similar? Are they different? Which one is better? Which has a better breakfast? Which has a better lunch? etc

Can someoneone explain why the breakfast buffet in GG is only $13.95 and Fresh is $17.95.

Any opinions on either of these two restaurants would be appreciated.

We like GG buffet - nice selections of items.
Fresh Fruit Bowl, French toast, a la minute omelette, scrambled or fried eggs, bacon, sausage, breakfast potatoes, cold cereal, whole fruit, breakfast breads, muffins, croissants and danish, coffee or tea.

We fill up at breakfast and have a snack for lunch.
Saving $12 at breakfast (4 adults - saving by not eating at Fresh) - it pays for a snack for lunch !

From the Pantry - Variety of Pastries, Danish and Muffins, Fresh Fruits, Yogurt and Homemade Granola
Nectar Breakfast (we can do without) - Health conscious extracts from fresh vegetables and fruits: Detox, Antioxidant and Wheatgrass
From the Casserole - Breakfast potatoes, bacon and sausage
Hot Cereals - hot breakfast cereals including Oatmeal and Grits
Rotisserie - slow roasted meats
Eggs from the Skillet - omelets and eggs made any style to order
Griddle Favorites - Traditional and Specialty pancakes, waffles, and French Toast

At Fresh you may have to "wait" on your eggs, pancakes, etc--it's all made "fresh" (even scrambled eggs) and often the cooks are overwhelmed by the # of patrons. The sausage is not the usual breakfast link style--more like "bangers and mash" style.
Fresh is the better of the two in variety of offerings.
