Swan/Dolphin Discounts for 2008???

Have the discounts for the swan and dolphin been released for 2008? I'm very interested in the teacher discounts esp. for March and May. Thanks!!!

Any idea why they list Jan and Feb as part of peak season? I thought that was one of the slowest times of the year. Maybe because of conventions?
