Swan/Dolphin dining and Starwood Points Q ~

Hi,
can someone explain to me how to redeem Starwood Points for dining. I've been told I can do this but no one can tell me how or what 4000+ points can get.

I would go to spg.com and it explains all rewards. I have been spg memeber for many years and have always used my points for hotel stays and never have used them for dining....I have used them at WDW for Swan and Dolphin, but its 10,000 points for a free night, don't know what dining you would get for 4,000, but explore the website and see.I love this program and have an Amex SPG card and accrue points with each purchase. I have nejoyed many vacation nights at Starwood hotels and upgrades when staying on cash.
