We are contemplating a budget Disney wedding and Swan is definitely affordable. Just wanted to hear others experiences with this... what it all entailed, and if you don't mind, your cost into it.
Also, pictures :)

Hi! I had a Swan wedding back in 2005. I know the prices have probably changed a bunch since then but I'll give you a recap of what we had included.
We had a Sat wedding in October. We chose to just have the ceremony and champagne reception at the Swan, we then ate dinner later at Ohana.
Our package included a wedding consultant from Just Marry, an officiant, covered chairs for 25 guests, a 2 tier cake, 2 bottles of champagne, bouquet for bride and boutinerre for groom, one musician for ceremony, we had a wedding 'arch' to get married under, and a photographer for 2 hours that included getting all proofs plus a cd. They also gave us a changing room to use before the ceremony.
We also added on a veggie and fruit tray to be served at the cake reception (which we were never charged for!) and we paid a cork fee for 2 more bottles of champagne that we bought. There was also water service at the reception room.
I want to say in 2005 this package was $2700.
Good luck planning!
I supplied pictures of my cake and flowers and they matched the pictures exactly. My flowers were huge and beautiful! The cake was soooo good!
Our ceremony and reception got rained out so we moved inside to a ballroom/conference room. This was the only place were Just Marry/Swan dropped the ball. They really have no back-up plan for weddings. It's like they had no idea what to do as it started raining. My sister/maid of honor was moving potted plants into the room to make it look nicer!

We also scored a great rate on a room at the Dolphin for the week. $199/night for an EPCOT/BW view room with 2 balconies and a King bed. It was awesome!

Just Marry is the team that plan the weddings there at the Swan and Dolphin. If I remember the prices, it's about the same what Disneychix said. I was thinking of getting married there and it was affordable, but I fell in love with a different hotel, the Buena Vista Palace. It's also lovely too. Either locations are amazing picks! Good Luck!
