Thanks for the info! I also wonder why it is Peak Season? 
I wonder what I'll end up doing now? We have tons of Hilton points so maybe we'll go to the Doubletree. Maybe we'll just go to the Swan and pay rack! 
Did I just say that!!! There's still time, I'll just wait and watch. DH and DS really wanted to go skiing instead, so they may get thier wish! I hate skiing, but they love it!
