Swan/Dolphin and Restaurant.com

Yayayay! We are returning later this month after having had a ten day trip in Feb. DH has a conference and since we have an AP it was a no brainer for DD8 and I to tag along.

We will be staying at ASMu. DH conference is at the Dolphin. We will try to have breakfast as a family. This might just be CS at ASMu, or perhaps a TS in the Boardwalk area. I have the TIW card, in my name.

We have decided it would be too difficult for DD and I to meet him back at the hotel for lunch, though I might consider making the effort if it means trying something new and delicious. DH is fine with CS, but I was wondering if I should pick up some Restaurant.com certificates, since they are now 80% off.

It would probably be easier if I just let him find some CS, which he is completely fine with.

Any lunch TS's that are on Restaurant.com that are a must (and are at the Swan/Dolphin)?

Il Mulino is also one that you can use restaurant.com certs. We ate there on xmas this year and will return on our xmas 2011 trip, just got the certificates.

we just used a restaurant.com gift certificate for the character dinner. It could only be used for dinner but it was a $25 cert that I got when they did the 80% off. Food was pretty good, character interaction not so good. They only have 2 characters and they are out one at a time in 30 minute intervals so you really need to have an 1 hour for dinner to see 2 characters.

Does Restaurants.com ever offer denominations larger than $25 at the Swalphin restaurants? I'd much rather get a $50 certificate good when spending $100 or more as my bills at these restaurants are rarely less than $150+.

Do you have to be staying at the swan/dolphin or in the resorts at all to use the GC to places in the Swan/Dolphin?
I'll be staying offsite but I'm sure we would love to do dinner nearby, but I have no idea whats nearby.
Any other good suggestions? Theres 149 restaurants online so surely there are some good ideas here.

I don't know of any Restaurant.com certificates that are for lunch at the Swan or Dolphin.
