What we have done - about 12+ years.....

At 180+10, we have been able to book ANYTHING at Swan, or Dolphin, from the WDW Website.
Should you have any issues? Swan and Dolphin Restaurants are not WDW owned. You may contact them DIRECTLY, and book.
And congrats on a great choice . Shula's (best steak at WDW), and IlMulino (Best Italian at WDW) are located at Dolphin and Swan, respectively .
