Swan Club level

I know I've seen these questions answered before,but I cannot locate them.

DU is quoting me a price of $240 for a club level room, AP rate.

What perks do we get at this level?
Robes?
Heavenly Beds?
Balcony room?

I already have ressies using the AAA rate, but I will cancel if DU is a better deal. AAA room features areeluxe Non-Smoking Rm, Step out balcony, resort view w/ balcony, hollywood bath, Armoire/Tv/Stocked mini-bar, Queen bedroom of Grand Suite.

Since this is the Queen Bedroom of the Grand Suite does my price already include Club level? I am confused and not sure what to do! HELP!

well I know this much..club level is on the upper floors and they don't have balconies.

And up until I read that you have a "queen bedroom of grand suite" ....I was about to tell you that the rooms here (excluding suites, of course) are basically the same and its the view and/or balcony/nonbalcony that create the different categories and rates.

So that leaves me as confused as you are.....except that I would assume if you had club level you would know it. Maybe you should call and ask them to clarify. Good luck!!

I canceled my room with DU & booked directly with Swan using the code "All Ears", the code is a non-smoking 2 heavenly bed room for $142.00. Have a great trip!

The AAA rate is $232.50, so I am confused too! I think I will call and ask them to clarify just what amenities I get with the Qn Rm of the Grand suite.

Anyone have pics of the Grand Suite?

Unfortunately the ALLEARS code isn't available for my stay 3/8-3/12. So many people have gotten much better rates than I! I'm still trying tho!

Club level has to do with the service you receive, doesn't it? If you book at the club level, then you get access to the private lounge with continental breakfast in the morning, drinks and snacks in the afternoon, and discounted alcoholic beverages. The robe and turn-down service are part of it too, I think.

When I stayed on club level, we didn't have any rodes.

I'm confused over your current reservation - $232.50 is awfully cheap for a suite - I would confirm your current reservation with specifics - ask if you have club level and have them tell you what they mean by "suite" - how many rooms, configuration, etc...

robes come with the suites.

Turn down comes with stays of 7 nights or more and
maybe turn down comes with suites too, not sure

Sounds like Bamboozled is saying she has the "queen bedroom" only of a Grand suite....not the whole suite....

Queen room just means 2 queen beds...not one king bed

Just got off the phone with the Swan. My reservation states:

Deluxe Non-Smoking Rm, Step out balcony, resort view with balcony, Hollywood bath, Armoire/tv/stocked mini-bar, Queen Bedroom of Grand Suite.
AAA Rate $232.50

I was told this is only for the queen bedroom of the grand suite, NOT the whole suite. This room does NOT have a balcony or heavenly beds. No Club level included.

I changed my reservation to a deluxe room with balcony, cannot promise heavenly beds, not available in all rooms yet. AAA rate $207.50.

So at least the price has come down and I will now get a balcony room! I would have been so disappointed otherwise. Now, If only they would offer Club level in balcony rooms it would be perfect!

the balcony rooms are on the wings and these wings are only 7 floors high. Club is on the top floors 11 & 12 of the main section.

I have always wanted to try club level but never wanted to give up my balcony. But I'm thinking that those views from higher up combined with the club might be worth giving up the balcony for once.

My 21 yr old daughter and I are going down to DW and US for her college spring break. I know we will enjoy the balcony in the morning with our coffee and breakfast. So looking forward to this trip and spending a week alone with my wonderful daughter!

A note about the Swan is your room does not have to be on "club level" floor to have access to the lounge. You can request a balcony room with acces to the lounge although you are not actually on the club floor.
