Swan and Dolphin

I'm just curious about opinions on the Swan Hotel. If you have stayed there recently, I'd appreciate your honest take on the hotel experience. My mother heard something about that hotel having problems, but no one seems to be able to confirm. I'm assuming it's a rumor, but thought I'd ask. We are staying there in November.

I was at the Swan last week. Everything was perfect. Our standard room had the heavenly beds and a wonderful view. AC worked great. Staff bent over backwards to help. The concierage desk in the lobby made some hard to get dinner reservations for us. We weren't even staying on the concierage or Club Level. We loved the location, pool and restaurants.

Love the Swan! It's the only non-dvc resort we have stayed in since we joined in 1994. We stayed on CL last 12/28-1/02/04. Service was wonderful, room was fantastic and CL lounge staff and offerings great! I would stay there again in a minute! I have enough spg points for 3 nights right now and am thinking of staying there for July 05. You won't regret it. Location is ideal and the boardwalk ares has alot to offer.

We stayed there in June and it was wonderful! We had a standard, water view room that was beautiful. Everyone was very nice. Pool was great, location is awesome. Very easy walk to transportation options (bus, boats). Our room was extremely quiet even being next to the elevators and ice machines. Beds were "heavenly"! We can't wait to go back again.

At the Swan last week for 5 nights . It was great, beds are incredible, service great, even upgraded to Club Level - comp!! and kept my Lake view room. Can't beat that. Location is the best with the Boardwalk, Epcot and MGM all walking distance or short boat ride.
